摘要
分析圆柱齿轮偏磨现象的产生原因,介绍一种利用机壳配合后形成的齿轮箱体轴向平行度检测方法。依据该方法测量计算得到数值,适当调整轴承孔位置,缩小齿轮副轴向平行度误差,以此提高齿轮使用寿命,提升工具整机性能水平。
The cause of eccentric wear of cylindrical gears is analyzed while introducing a testing method of axial parallelism of gear box formed by the fitting of enclosue.According to this method,the value can be obtained by measuring and calculating with the position of bearing hole being adjusted properly,which reduces gear vice axial parallelism error,so that the service life of gear and the performance level of the tool can be improved.
