摘要
介绍有刷电动工具重要零部件刷握和碳刷架选用思路和方式,分析各自结构特点以及在相应产品性能上的优缺点,以提高组装完后的整机碳刷使用寿命以及电机使用寿命。
The ideas and methods are introduced for the selection of brush holder and carbon brush holder as important parts of brush electric tools,and their structural characteristics and the advantages and disadvantages in corresponding products performance are analyzed,so as to improve the service life of carbon brush and motor after assembly.
