摘要
针对目前煤矿上水泵房、变电所、大型输送带输送机巷道等场所的巡视和检修工作依靠人工定时检查存在人力消耗大、数据难以形成系统、参考意义不大、人员人身安全得不到保障等问题,设计了一种基于AI分析的矿用智能巡检装置。该装置结合无线通讯技术和AI分析技术,能够替代人工完成多种巡检、探测、监控、故障诊断与预警报警。通过一定时间的运行表明,该装置能够实时稳定地将所有采集数据与报警数据通过无线基站网络传输到监控中心,达到远程监控的目的,对煤矿的安全生产具有重要意义。
At present,the inspection and maintenance of coal mine water pump rooms,substations,large conveyor belt conveyor roadways and other places still rely on manual regular inspection.The problems of this method are that the manpower consumption is large,the data is difficult to form a system,the reference significance is not great,and the personal safety of personnel is not guaranteed.This paper introduces an intelligent inspection device for mines based on AI analysis.Combined with wireless communication technology and AI analysis technology,the device can replace manual inspection,detection,monitoring,fault diagnosis and early warning alarm.Practice shows that the device can transmit all the collected data and alarm data to the monitoring center through the wireless base station network in real time and stably to achieve the purpose of remote monitoring,which is of great significance to the safety production of coal mines.
