移动医疗App联合微信群管理在造血干细胞移植后患者护理中的应用

Application of Mobile Medical App Combined with WeChat Group Management in Patient Care after Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

目的:探讨移动医疗App联合微信群管理在造血干细胞移植(HSCT)后患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2018年3月1日~2019年7月31日接受骨髓干细胞移植治疗的50例血液病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施移动医疗App联合微信群管理。比较两组患者心理状态、生活质量及护理满意度情况。结果:观察组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者HSCT后生活质量调查表(FACT-BMT)总分及各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:移动医疗App联合微信群管理能有效改善HSCT患者的心理状态,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application effect of mobile medical App combined with WeChat group management in patients care after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hematopathy who received bone marrow stem cell transplantation from March 1,2018 to July 31,2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group implemented mobile medical App combined with WeChat group management on the basis of routine nursing.Psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total score and each dimension score of Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Bone Marrow Transplantation Scale(FACT-BMT)in patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mobile medical App combined with WeChat group management can effectively improve the psychological state of patients after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and promote the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
