Analysis on factors affecting the appearance of orange peel in B1B2 painting process

基于在国内某主机厂涂装车间对B1B2工艺的调试经验,从底到面地分析了影响整车橘皮外观的因素,包括白车身板材、电泳涂层外观、色漆收缩比、清漆品牌和炉温曲线。

The factors affecting the orange peel appearance of car body painted by B1B2 process were analyzed from bottom to surface based on the commissioning experience in an OEM’s painting workshop in China,including the sheet material,appearance of electrophoretic coating,shrinkage ratio of B1 to B2,clear coat brand,and oven temperature curve.
