摘要
定义了车身油漆肥边状态,并在外观评价时使用较为统一的评价方法,以定性方式评价肥边。参考光学成像原理,以光线反射成像展示肥边状态,考虑了不同的光源距离与视野角度对肥边视觉效果(光源影像)的影响。通过分析车身涂装前后的过程,指出不同肥边产生的原因,并提出改善措施。
The fat edge appearance of a painted car body was defined and evaluated qualitatively by a relatively consistent method,which was established based on the principle of optical imaging.The state of fat edge is displayed by light reflection imaging,which can show the difference of visual effect(light imaging)in human eyes at different variables such as light distances and viewing angles.The causes of different fat edges were pointed out by analyzing the painting process of the car body,and some prevention measures were proposed.
