急性冠状动脉综合征患者双联抗血小板治疗期间消化道出血的认识及研究进展

Understanding and research progress of gastrointestinal hemorrhage during dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with acute coronary syndrome

双联抗血小板治疗(DAPT)作为急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者治疗的基础用药之一,在降低患者缺血风险的同时也增加了消化道出血的风险,如何平衡这两种风险一直是抗血小板药物应用研究的焦点。目前已有诸多研究对DAPT应用提出了新的观点,本文对ACS患者DAPT期间消化道出血的认识和研究进展进行综述。

Dual antiplatelet therapy(DAPT)is one of the basic treatments for patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).It reduces the risk of ischemia and also increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.The best way to balance these two risks has always been the focus of antiplatelet drugs application research.Many studies have proposed new perspectives on DAPT.This review summarizes the research progress of gastrointestinal hemorrhage during DAPT in patients with ACS.
