优质护理在主动脉夹层患者急诊CT检查过程中的应用

Application of High Quality Nursing in Emergency CT Examination of Patients with Aortic Dissecting

目的:探究优质护理在主动脉夹层患者CT查过程中的应用效果。方法:连续采集2015年6月~2018年12月在我院急诊科疑为主动脉夹层行CT检查患者68例,均行外科手术证实。其中行一级护理干预33例,作为对照组。行一级护理干预并优质护理干预35例作为试验组。比较行CT检查时成功率、CT图像质量、平均CT检查时间。结果:试验组护理后CT检查成功率94.28%(33/35,)高于对照组84.85%(28/33);试验组CT图像质量评估优者32例(91.43%)优于对照组27例(81.82%);试验组平均CT检查时间9.5分钟短于对照组12.8分钟。结论:主动脉夹层患者急诊CT检查过程中优质护理能明显提高检查成功率、缩短检查时间,保证患者及时治疗。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing in the CT examination of patients with aortic dissecting.Methods:68 patients with suspected aortic dissecting aneurysms who underwent CT examination in the emergency department of our hospital from June 2015 to December 2018 were collected continuously,and all of them were confirmed by surgical operation.Among them,33 patients received primary nursing intervention as the control group.35 cases were treated with primary nursing intervention and quality nursing intervention as the experimental group.The success rate,image quality and average CT examination time during CT examination were compared.Results:The success rate of CT examination after nursing in the experimental group was 94.28%(33/35,)higher than that in the control group(84.85%,28/33).32 cases(91.43%)in the experimental group were superior to 27 cases(81.82%)in the control group.The mean CT examination time of the experimental group was 9.5 minutes shorter than that of the control group,which was 12.8 minutes.Conclusion:High quality nursing in emergency CT examination of patients with aortic dissecting can significantly improve the success rate of examination,shorten the examination time,and ensure timely treatment of patients.
