PDCA在加强鼻科患者术前捏鼻训练指导中的应用效果

Application effect of PDCA in strengthening nose pinching training for patients in department of rhinology

目的探讨PDCA在加强鼻科患者术前捏鼻训练指导中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法选取济南市某医院耳鼻喉科2019年1-12月200例鼻科术前患者为研究对象,按照入院时间先后顺序将研究对象分为对照组和观察组,各100例,对照组给予常规操作进行鼻科患者术前捏鼻训练指导,观察组在常规操作基础上给予PDCA对鼻科患者术前捏鼻训练指导进行干预,比较两组患者呼吸性碱中毒的发生率和护理满意度。结果干预前,两组患者呼吸性碱中毒的发生率和护理满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者呼吸性碱中毒的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA可以加强鼻科患者术前捏鼻训练的效果,不仅可以降低患者呼吸性碱中毒的发生率,也能提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA in strengthening the nasal pinch training guidance for patients in rhinology department before operation.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select 200 patients in the department of nasal otolar⁃yngology from January to December 2019 in a Jinan Hospital.The patients were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to the order of admission time,the control group was given the routine operation to carry on the nose pinch training instruction,the observation group was given PDCA on the routine operation basis to carry on the nose pinch training instruction,the incidence and nursing satisfaction of respiratory alkalosis were compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,the incidence of aspiration alkalosis and the degree of satisfaction with nursing care in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after intervention,the incidence of aspiration alkalosis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA can not only reduce the incidence of inhalation alkalosis,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.It is worth of application in clinic.
