摘要
海底电缆-架空线混联输电线路因其工程特殊性,准确故障定位对系统运行尤为重要,但电缆-架空线混联输电线路的故障暂态行波具有复杂多变的传播特性,导致故障准确定位相对困难。研究了架空线-海底电缆-架空线混联线路行波测距的应用,结合实际工程案例,深入分析了误差原因,提出了一种适用于架空线-海缆-架空线等复杂混联线路的组合行波测距方法。该方法基于行波波形相似度实现双端波头匹配,基于输电线路拓扑实现多端行波测距相互校核,有效提高了高压混联线路行波测距的可靠性和准确性。
The hybrid transmission line comprising submarine cable and overhead line has its own engineering characteristics,and thus accurate fault location is particularly important for power system operation.However,the fault transient traveling-wave of sea cable-overhead hybrid transmission line has complex and changeable propagation characteristics,which makes it relatively difficult to accurately locate the fault.This paper studies the application of traveling-wave location in the hybrid transmission line comprising overhead line,submarine cable and overhead line,and also combines with practical engineering cases to analyze the causes of errors,presenting a combined travelling-wave fault location method used for hybrid transmission line comprising overhead line,submarine cable and overhead line.The proposed method is based on the similarity of traveling-wave shape to realize the matching of double terminal traveling-wave head,and based on transmission line topology to realize the mutual verification mechanism of multi-terminal traveling-wave location,thus effectively improving the reliability and accuracy of traveling-wave fault location for hybrid transmission lines.
