摘要
泛在电力物联网的快速发展带动了新一轮技术和产业变革,也为电力检修企业智能运检体系建设提供了新的机遇。面对国家政策、技术进步等环境变化,不同企业在智能运检体系建设过程中需要结合泛在物联技术,基于自身实际,科学制定发展策略,以解决现有瓶颈,实现可持续健康发展。在系统梳理智能运检体系发展现状的基础上,以江苏省检修公司为例,提出一种基于SWOT分析和QSPM矩阵分析的策略制定方法,定性与定量相结合,制定出适应该公司发展实际的智能运检体系框架和实施策略,为其他电力检修企业开展智能运检体系建设提供借鉴与参考,推动运检质量变革、效率变革、动力变革。
The rapid development of the Ubiquitous Power Internet of Things(UPIoT)has led to a new round of technological and industrial transformation,and also provided a new opportunity for the construction of intelligent operation and inspection system for electric power maintenance enterprises.In the face of environmental changes such as national policies and technological progress,different enterprises need to combine ubiquitous IoT technology in the process of building intelligent operation and inspection systems,and scientifically formulate development strategies based on their own actualities to solve existing bottlenecks and achieve sustainable and healthy development.On the basis of the systematical analysis of the development status of intelligent operation and inspection system,this paper takes Maintenance Branch Company in Jiangsu Province as an example,proposing a strategy formulation method based on SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis,and then the paper formulates the framework and implementation strategy of the intelligent operation and inspection system that adapts to the actual development of the company by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,providing an example and reference for other electric power maintenance enterprises to carry out the construction of intelligent operation and inspection system,so as to promote the reform of quality,efficiency and driving force of operation and inspection.
