Integrated Management of Natural Resources in Queensland,Australia

遵循生态基可持续发展原则,澳大利亚昆士兰州力求对自然资源进行统一管理。行政管理部门设置上,2017年12月将原自然资源与矿产部同能源和供水部合并,成立新的自然资源矿产和能源部。宏观层面上,制定自然资源管理战略。法律上,尽可能让各单行自然资源法律协调,路径一是修改单行自然资源法,路径二是制定相关自然资源领域的通则性法律。

Pursuing the principle of ecologically sustainable development,Queensland strives for an integrated managementof natural resources.In terms of administrative institutions,the former two institutions(i.e.,Department of Natural Resources and Minesand Department of Energy and Water Supply)were mergedto forma new Department of Natural Resources,Mines and Energyin December 2017.At the macro level,management strategiesof natural resourceswere formulated.In law,efforts were done to coordinate the separatelaws on different natural resources with two approaches.The first is to modify the separatelaws,and the second is to enact general laws fordifferent natural resources.
