Review and Prospect of Grading and Evaluation Method for Farmland Quality

耕地作为最宝贵的自然资源,是粮食生产的“命根子”。评定耕地质量等级是法律赋予的一项重要职责。本研究综述我国耕地质量分等的发展历史及展望,厘清了耕地质量分等评价历程和理论基础;分析了耕地质量分等解决的关键问题及思路、评价流程及计算方法;梳理了耕地质量分等评价成果在国土空间规划、永久基本农田划定与调整等中的应用;讨论了今后在耕地质量分等评价工作中的重点方向及展望。本研究为今后耕地质量分等评价工作实现更精准、更科学的发展提供了一定的理论依据。

Farmland as the most precious natural resources is the"lifeblood"of grain production.Evaluation on farmland quality grading is an important responsibility endowed by law.This paper summarizes the development history and prospect of farmland quality grading in China and clarifies the evaluation process and theoretical basis of farmland quality classification.The key problems and ideas,evaluation process and calculation method of farmland quality grading were analyzed.The application of farmland quality grading evaluation results in land spatial planning,permanent basic farmland delimitation and adjustment was reviewed.Finally,we discussed the key direction and prospect of farmland quality grading and evaluation work.This study provides a certain theoretical basis for farmland quality grading and evaluation to realize more accurate and scientific development in the future.
