摘要 目的探讨甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)、细胞核相关抗原Ki-67(Ki67)和P63蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及意义。方法借助免疫组化技术测定128例非小细胞肺癌患者癌组织中TTF-1、Ki67和P63蛋白的阳性表达情况,并分析其与非小细胞肺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果(1)非小细胞肺癌组织中的TTF-1、Ki67、P63蛋白均呈高表达。(2)TTF-1表达与TNM分期、分化程度以及远处转移均有关(P<0.05),TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、中-高分化、无远处转移的非小细胞肺癌患者TTF-1阳性率比TNM分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、有远处转移的患者低(P<0.05),而TTF-1阳性表达与淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05)。Ki67表达与TNM分期、远处转移、淋巴结转移以及分化程度均有关(P<0.05)。P63蛋白表达与TNM分期、远处转移有关(P<0.05),与淋巴结转移以及分化程度无关(P>0.05)。结论TTF-1、Ki67及P63蛋白于非小细胞肺癌患者体内呈高表达,对患者的诊断和预后评价具有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1),nucleus-associated antigen Ki-67(Ki67)and P63 protein in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The positive expression levels of TTF-1,Ki67 and P63 protein in the cancer tissues of 128 patients with NSCLC were determined by using the immunohistochemical technology,and their relationship with the clinical characteristics in the patients with NSCLC was analyzed.Results(1)TTF-1,Ki67 and P63 proteins were all highly expressed in NSCLC tissues.(2)The TTF-1 expression was related to the TNM stage,differentiation degree and distant metastasis(P<0.05).The positive rate of TTF-1 in the patients with TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱ,middle and high differentiation and non-distant metastasis was lower than that in the patients with TNM stageⅢ-Ⅳ,low differentiation and distant metastasis(P<0.05).The TTF-1 positive expression had no relationship with lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The Ki67 expression was related to the TNM stage,distant metastasis,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree(P<0.05).The P63 protein expression was related to the TNM stage and distant metastasis(P<0.05),but had no relation with lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree(P>0.05).Conclusion TTF-1,Ki67 and P63 protein show the in vivo high expression in the patients with NSCLC,and have the important significance in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation.
