摘要
1目的 探讨体外循环 (CPB)对血小板激活状态及血管张力相关因子的影响。2方法 分时段测定2 0例心脏直视手术病人 CPB前后血浆颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP- 140 )、血栓烷 B2 (TXB2 ) ,6 -酮 -前列腺素 F1α(6 - K- PGF1α) ,心钠素 (ANP)及内皮素 (ET)的变化。3结果 GMP- 140 ,TXB2 和 ANP测得值随着 CPB进行均逐渐增加 ,停机后1h与肝素化 10 min相比 ,GMP- 140 ,TXB2 ,TXB2 / 6 - K- PGF1α和 ANP均显著增加 (F=5 .38~ 7.76 ,q=3.38~ 5 .5 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1) ;而 6 - K - PGF1α和 ET在 CPB前后变化不明显 (F =2 .16 ,2 .2 7,P>0 .0 5 )。4结论 CPB后血小板功能损害加重 ,ANP分泌增加。
Objective To probe into the variety of factors affecting platelet activate status and blood vessel stress around CPB and it`s significance.\ Methods\ GMP 140,TXB 2,6 K PGF 1α ,ANP and ET were detected in 20 cases of open heart surgery. Results \ The detected quantity of GMP 140,TXB 2 and ANP were all obviously increasing with CPB going on and after 1h of CPB the quantity of GMP 140,TXB 2,TXB 2/6 K PGF 1α and ANP was significantly higher than that at the time after heparinization for 10 min. There were no obvious variety in 6 K PGF 1α and ET around CPB.\ Conclusion\ GMP 140 and TXB 2 are sensitive targets for reflecting active damage of platlete. [
