摘要
目的:探究饮食食谱管理应用于培门冬酶化疗期间白血病患儿的治疗效果。方法:40例接受培门冬酶化疗的白血病患儿分为两组,对照组接受常规饮食指导,观察组在对照组的基础上加用饮食食谱管理,比较两组干预前后营养情况、干预后培门冬氨酶相关胰腺炎(AAP)发生率及血清、尿淀粉酶水平。结果:干预2周后观察组中度、重度营养不良占比明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后观察组AAP发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清淀粉酶及尿液淀粉酶水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:饮食食谱管理能够显著改善接受培门冬酶化疗期间白血病患儿营养状态,疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of diet and recipe management in children with leukemia during pegaspargase chemotherapy.Methods:Forty children with leukemia who received pegaspargase chemotherapy were divided into two groups.The control group received regular dietary guidance,and the observation group was managed with dietary recipes on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status before and after intervention,the incidence of pegaspase-related pancreatitis(AAP),serum and urine amylase levels were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of intervention,the proportion of moderate and severe malnutrition in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of AAP in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the serum amylase and urine amylase levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Diet and diet management can significantly improve the nutritional status of children with leukemia during the period of pegaspargase chemotherapy,and the effect is significant.
