适形调强放疗联合靶向治疗肺癌脑转移的疗效及安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of intensity modulated radiotherapy combined with targeted therapy for brain metastases from lung cancer

目的:探讨在治疗肺癌脑转移患者中应用适形调强放疗和靶向治疗的效果和安全性。方法:选取96例自2018年4月至2019年4月治疗肺癌脑转移的患者,分成两组。对照组48例患者实施适形调强放疗治疗,观察组48例患者在对照组基础上再给予靶向治疗。分析各组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,且观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗肺癌脑转移患者中应用适形调强放疗和靶向治疗的效果比较显著。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)and targeted therapy in the treatment of brain metastases from lung cancer.Methods:96 patients with brain metastasis from lung cancer treated from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.48 patients in the control group were treated with intensity modulated radiation therapy,while 48 patients in the observation group were given targeted therapy on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect of each group was analyzed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of IMRT and targeted therapy in the treatment of brain metastases from lung cancer is significant,and it is worth using.
