综合社区护理在社区糖尿病护理中的体会

Experience of Comprehensive Community Nursing in Community Diabetes Care

目的:梳理综合社区护理在社区糖尿病护理中的体会。方法:选取社区医院2017年11月至2018年11月收治的122例糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组61例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合社区护理,1年后,对比两组患者的护理依从性、知识知晓率,以及空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖护理前后变化,总结体会。结果:护理后,观察组患者的护理依从性、知识知晓率较高,空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖水平较低,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区糖尿病护理中,行综合社区护理有助于提升患者护理依从性和知识掌握效果,控制血糖水平。

Objective:To study the experience of comprehensive community nursing in community diabetes nursing.Methods:122 diabetic patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group from November 2017 to November 2018.After 1 year,we compared the nursing compliance,knowledge awareness rate,fasting blood glucose and post-meal blood glucose before and after nursing.Results:The nursing compliance and knowledge awareness rate of the patients in the observation group were higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community Sugar In the nursing of urine disease,comprehensive community nursing is helpful to improve the patient's nursing compliance and knowledge mastery,and to control the blood sugar level.
