舒适护理在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用

Application of comfort nursing in laparoscopic surgery for hysteromyoma

目的:研究舒适护理在子宫肌瘤腹腔镜手术中的应用。方法:本研究纳入本院2019年1月至2019年6月收治并行腹腔镜手术的子宫肌瘤患者80例,采用随机信封法分为观察组和对照组,各40例,分别采用舒适护理和常规护理,护理团队也随机分为人数相同的两组,分别实施舒适护理和常规护理。结果:观察组术后第一次复查舒适护理评分为(57.9±1.4)分,显著高于对照组的(39.2±5.1)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以有效提升患者舒适度,并有利于提升手术护理的水平,值得推广并不断动态循环改进。

Objective:Study the application of comfort care in laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids.Methods:This study included 80 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January to June 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group by random envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.Comfortable care and conventional care were used.The nursing team was also randomly divided into two groups with the same number of people,and implemented comfort care and routine care respectively.Results:The score of comfort care in the observation group was(57.9±1.4)in the first postoperative review,which was significantly higher than the control group(39.2±5.1),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort care can effectively improve the comfort of patients,and is beneficial to improve the level of surgical care.It is worthy of promotion and continuous dynamic circulation improvement.
