阴道彩色多普勒超声在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的应用

Application of vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome

目的:对阴道彩色多普勒超声在多囊卵巢综合征诊断中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法:以本院2018年3月至2019年3月收治的82例疑似多囊卵巢综合征患者作为观察组,以同期在本院行健康体检的90例志愿者作为对照组,对所有研究对象行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两组研究对象的检查指标。结果:观察组卵巢面积、卵巢体积、卵泡个数及髓质面积均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组未见明显血流信号及间质星点状血流信号所占比例显著低于对照组,间质粗条状血流信号所占比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组EDV及PSV显著高于对照组,RI显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴道彩色多普勒超声能够准确反映多囊卵巢综合征的影像特征,可以为病情的诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze and discuss the application value of vaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:A total of 82 patients suspected of polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were taken as the observation group,and 90 volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were taken as the control group.All subjects were examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,and the examination indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The ovarian area,ovarian volume,number of follicles and medulla area in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of no obvious blood flow signal and interstitial stellate blood flow signal in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of interstitial coarse striated blood flow signal was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).EDV and PSV of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while RI was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal color Doppler ultrasound can accurately reflect the image characteristics of Polycystic ovary syndrome,and can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
