工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育路径研究

工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育是党的建设的根本要求、是国家政策的进步更新、是职教改革的现实需要、是学生成长的客观要求。工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育需坚持守正创新、知行合一、以生为本、全面发展的原则。探寻工匠精神融入高职院校思想政治教育的有效途径,大力弘扬“工匠精神”,需要政府和社会层面加强价值引领、塑造价值导向、优化宏观环境,更重要的是高职院校自身层面要改善办学条件和教育环境,创造良好的学生思想政治教育氛围,提高教育实效。

The integration of craftsmanship spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is the fundamental requirement of Party construction,the progress and renewal of national policies,the practical needs of vocational education reform,and the objective requirement of students'growth.The integration of craftsmanship spirit into the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges should adhere to the principles of innovation,unity of knowledge and practice,student-oriented and comprehensive development.In order to explore an effective way to integrate craftsmanship spirit into ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges and vigorously promote“craftsman spirit”,it is necessary for the government and the society to strengthen value guidance,shape value orientation and optimize the macro environment.More importantly,higher vocational colleges should improve the school running conditions and educational environment,create a good atmosphere for students'ideological and political education,and improve the effectiveness of education.
