摘要
随着科技的不断发展和进步,稀有稀散金属在改善材料的性能方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。锆作为一种稀有金属,由于其优良的性能应用广泛,尤其是在核领域等高技术方面的重要作用引起了全球的高度关注。全球锆资源相对丰富,储采比超过60年;分布广泛而又高度集中,澳大利亚和南非的储量占全球的近八成。锆生产高度垄断,与消费市场,接近三分之二的产量来自澳大利亚和南非,前四大公司产能约占全球的六成左右。生产与消费市场完全错位,主要消费国家和地区为中国、美国、欧盟等,其中中国是全球锆的最大消费市场。为了促进全球锆产业的健康发展,提出了构建健康的全球化锆供应链,重视资源开发与环境保护并重,加大科研投入力度等建议。
With the continuous development and progress of science and technology,rare and scattered metals play an increasingly important role in improving the properties of materials.As a rare metal,zirconium has been widely used due to its excellent properties,especially its vital role in the nuclear field.Global reserves of zirconium are relatively rich,with a reserve-production ratio of more than 60 years.It is widely distributed and highly concentrated in Australia and South Africa,accounting for nearly 80%of the world's reserves.Zirconium production is highly monopolized.Nearly two-thirds of the production of zirconium comes from Australia and South Africa,and the top four companies account for about 60%of the world's production capacity.The production and consumption markets are misplaced.The main consuming countries and regions include China,the United States,and the European Union,among which China is the largest consumer in the world.To promote the healthy development of the global zirconium industry,it is suggested to build up a healthy global zirconium supply chain,maintain a balance between resource utilization and environmental protection,and strengthen scientific research as well.
