描述式后评估(POE)在建筑设计中的应用初探--以两个小镇客厅项目为例

Preliminary Study on the Application of Descriptive Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)in Architectural Design:Taking Two Towns’Living Room Projects as an Example

使用后评估是建筑设计全生命周期中的重要的一环,是建成环境的反馈和建设标准的前馈,使用后评估根据侧重可分为三种类型—描述式/调查式/诊断式。该文通过对上虞e游小镇客厅及广昌梦想e谷小镇客厅项目的建筑空间性能进行描述式后评估初步实践,形成对建筑空间的快速评价。旨在探讨建筑师进行使用后评估实践在建筑设计中的重要性;同时,也希望能为建筑师在对同类型建筑设计过程中可能遇到的问题提供一个参考思路。

The post occupancy evaluation is an important part of the entire life cycle of architectural design.It is the feedback of the built environment and feed-forward of construction standards.Post-use evaluation can be divided into three types according to the focusdescriptive/investigative/diagnostic.In this paper,the preliminary practice of descriptive post-assessment of architectural space performance of living room projects of Shangyu e-game town and Guangchang Dream e-valley town is used to form a rapid evaluation of the architectural space.We hope to explore the importance of architects’post occupancy evaluation practice in architectural design.At the same time,we also hope that it can provide some reference for architects in the process of similar types of architectural design.
