摘要
为了更深入探索和研究皮划艇运动员平衡能力科学有效的训练途径,以A、B两个皮划艇运动训练班为实验对象展开实验研究。在训练的实施过程中以A班为对照班,以B班为实验班,采用功能性力量训练进行实验干预,在经过为期15周的训练实验干预后,通过测试两个班静态平衡能力与动态平衡能力测试指标,并进行数据分析,结果显示:在平衡能力测试指标上,B班运动员均显著优于A班(P<0.05),说明了在为期15周的功能性力量干预后,皮划艇运动员的平衡能力有了显著改善提高,从而为皮划艇运动提供运动训练途径和方法。
In order to further explore and study the balance ability of canoeists scientific and effective training methods,this paper takes two canoeists training classes A and B as research objects.In the course of the training,Class A was used as the control class,Class B as the experimental class,and functional strength training was used as the experimental intervention,the results showed that the balance ability of Class B was significantly better than that of class a(p<0.05),and the balance ability of Class B was significantly higher than that of class a(p<0.05),after 15 weeks of functional strength intervention,the balance ability of canoeists has been improved significantly,thus providing training methods for canoeists.
