摘要 针对如何更好地服务于医院、如何更好地开展职能部门建设这一问题,以某三级综合医院的质量管理部门作为施行对象,利用备受众多企业和咨询机构青睐的麦肯锡7S模型理论,从战略、价值观、结构、制度、员工、技能、风格七个角度,介绍了该模型在大型综合医院职能科室建设中的具体应用,并进一步探讨了该模型在医疗机构应用的可行性及切入点,以期为医院行政职能部门更科学地开展部门规划、建设提供新的路径参考。 Aiming at the problems of how to better serve the hospital and how to better carry out the construction of functional departments,the quality management department of a comprehensive hospital of grade three was taken as the object of implementation.The specific application of the model in the construction of functional departments of large comprehensive hospitals was introduced from the seven perspectives of strategy,values,structure,system,staff,skills and style,using the McKenzie 7S model theory favored by many enterprises and consulting institutions.And the feasibility and entry point of the application of the model in medical institutions are further discussed in order to provide a new path reference for administrative departments of hospitals to carry out department planning and construction more scientifically.
