摘要 目的提高医技科室工作效率、技术水平和服务能力,有效缩短患者检查等候时间,改善患者就医感受,提高患者综合满意度。方法创新医技科室绩效管理模式和评价机制,建立以计件工资为主,体现流程优化、质量提高和成本控制等为主要内容的多维度、全方位的绩效管理和绩效评价体系。结果员工绩效薪酬与科室业务开展、经济运行密切相关,员工收入与科室发展同步增长,患者检查检验平均等候时间明显缩短(P<0.01),患者满意度由2015年的91.2%上升到2018年的96.9%。结论科学的绩效管理与薪酬分配能充分调动员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,促进医技部门主动加强科室管理,强化内涵建设,提高工作效率,提升服务质量,达到社会效益和经济效益双赢。 Objective:In order to improve work efficiency,technical level and service ability of medical technology departments,effectively shorten the waiting time of patients for examination,and improve both patients’experience of seeking medical treatment and their comprehensive satisfaction.Method:The performance management model and evaluation mechanism of medical technology departments should be innovated,and a multi-dimensional and all-round performance management and performance evaluation system with piece-rate salary as the main content be established,reflecting process optimization,quality improvement and cost control.Result:Employee performance pay is closely related to the development of department business and economic operation.The income of staff increased synchronously with the development of the department.Then the average waiting time for patient examination and examination was significantly shortened(P<0.01),and patient satisfaction increased from 91.2%in 2015 to 96.9%in 2018.Conclusion:Scientific performance management and salary distribution can fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees,promote medical technology departments to actively strengthen department management,strengthen connotation construction,improve work efficiency,improve service quality,and achieve social and economic benefits.
