患者报告结局测量工具质量评价标准的研究进展

Research progress of quality evaluation criteria on tools for patient-reported outcome measures

"患者报告结局(PROs)"在临床实践、研究及政策制定等多方面的作用日益突出。近年来,大量基于患者报告结局的测量工具(PROMs)经研究后得出,推动了临床应用,但工具质量参差不齐。如何对PROMs工具进行科学评价并选出最佳工具,成为保障高质量PROs相关实践和研究的关键因素,而选择最合适的PROMs工具质量评价标准是科学选择PROMs工具的前提。本文针对目前应用较广泛且具代表性的几种PROMs工具质量评价标准进行综述,以期为我国PROs相关临床实践及研究提供参考。

Patient-reported outcomes(PROs) play an increasingly important role in clinical practice, research and policy setting.The number of patient-reported outcome measures tools keep increasing, but the quantity is numerous and quality is uneven. So how to scientifically evaluate the PROMs tools and to select the optimal tools turn to be one of the key factors to guarantee high quality of PROs-related practice and researches. For selecting the most appropriate PROMs tools, learning about and choosing a proper quality evaluate criteria for PROMs tools are necessary. This article reviewed quality evaluation criteria of several representative PROMs-related tools commonly used, in order to provide references for the evaluation and selection of PROMs tools in clinical practice and researches on PROs in China.
