跨文化能力本土化理论建构及研究路径探析

The Exploration and Analysis in the Chinese Indigenous Theoretical Construction of Intercultural Competence

虽然本土化的跨文化能力理论和研究成果丰硕,但仍然没有一个具体而明确的研究路径,帮助研究者以科学有效的方式建构传统思想范式下的跨文化能力理论。借鉴社会学与心理学的本土化进程所积累的理论建构成果,从研究者的传统文化自觉以及中西方法论融合实践两方面着手,探索兼具思辨与实证两种取向的本土化研究路径,对于开展科学并富有中国文化精神的本土化跨文化研究具有积极意义。

The progress has made in conceptualizing the"Intercultural Competence"(IC)in the traditional Chinese cultural context and constructing the indigenous theory under the Chinese cultural paradigm which is the meta-theory for theory construction.At the same time,it is also necessary to be improved in that there is lack of a specific research approach,a procedure from data collection to the final theory construction and validation that can be used in guiding researchers to conduct the empirical indigenous research.For this reason,based on the achievements in the area of indigenous sociology and psychology,the article borrows the culture selfconsciousness and indigenous psychological approach to put forward a practicable approach to construct indigenous IC theories integrating the both traditional(pre-scientific)and scientific demands.
