职业教育通用素养课程设计的需求逻辑与组织路径

摘要 长期以来,我国在职业人才培养上存在教学侧供给与产业侧需求不相容、学生毕业不能快速适应职场环境的问题。从困扰职业教育产教融合发展的问题出发提出职业教育通用素养的概念,从课程观、课程目标、课程结构、课程内容、课程活动、课程评价6个方面设计职业教育通用素养课程,将通用职业素养教育嵌入到职业教育课程培养体系中,对于打通职业教育课程的组织路径、促进职业教育产教融合具有积极意义。 For a long time,the incompatibility between the teaching supply-side and the industrial demand-side of China’s vocational talent cultivation is still outstanding,and employees’inability to quickly adapt to the workplace environment has become a problem that restricts social and economic development.This article analyzes from the perspective of disturbing the integrated development of production and education in vocational education,and designs a general literacy curriculum for vocational education.From the perspective of curriculum,curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum activities,and curriculum evaluation,the general vocational literacy education has been embedded in the vocational education curriculum training system to open up the organizational path of the vocational education curriculum system.
