The Basic Way for China to Enhance the International Discourse Power of Ecological Civilization Construction

在全球生态治理中,中国生态文明建设正越来越成为全球瞩目的焦点。为突破“西强我弱”的国际话语格局,中国必须着力增强综合国力并构筑良好的外部环境、精炼话语内容并提升话语质量、强化话语平台和队伍建设并丰富话语表达方式,从而提升中国生态文明建设的国际话语权。当然,这既是一场“保卫战”,也是一场“反击战”,更是一场“争夺战”,争夺国际话语权。

In the global ecological governance,the construction of Chinese ecological civilization is becoming the focus of global attention.In order to break through the international discourse pattern of“stronger in the West and weaker in me”and enhance the international discourse power of China s ecological civilization construction,efforts must be made in the following ways:strengthening the comprehensive national strength and build a good external environment;refining its discourse content and improve its discourse quality;strengthening the discourse platform and team building;and enriching the discourse expression methods.Of course,this is not only a“defense war”,but also a“counterattack war”,a“fight”for international discourse.
