摘要
“双一流”战略是新时期我国高等教育制度转型的一项重要举措。鼓励和支持不同类型的高水平大学和学科建设差别化发展是“双一流”建设的一项重要理念。我国师范院校在“双一流”建设中如何以差异化的身份跻身一流大学是师范教育面临的挑战。当下的师范教育面临着“学术性”和“师范性”两难的尴尬困境。中国和世界师范教育发展的历史经验告诉我们,加强师范院校的学术性,不能削弱师范院校的师范性。创建一条不同于西方综合大学发展模式的中国特色师范教育发展之路,是彰显中国特色高等教育发展实践的重要方面。
The“Double First-Class”initiative is an important measure in the transformation of China's higher education system in the new era,an important concept of which is to encourage and support the differential development of different types of high level universities.How China's normal colleges and universities differentiate into a fist-class university in the“Double First-Class”construction is a challenge for teacher education.The current normal education is facing the awkward predicament of the academic nature and the normal nature.The historical experience of development of teacher education in China and the world tells us that we should not strengthen the academic nature of normal colleges and universities at the expense of the normal nature.It is an important aspect to highlight the development practice of higher education with Chinese characteristics to create a road of development of teacher education with Chinese characteristics,which is different from the development mode of Western universities.
