摘要
企业捐赠非营利组织不仅是企业社会责任的体现,有助于促进非营利组织的发展,而且能够提高企业自身的竞争优势。通过对贺州市企业在捐赠非营利组织方面的参与情况、捐赠领域、捐赠方式及捐赠动机的调查发现,企业在捐赠中存在着捐赠数额较少、捐赠对象单一以及捐赠积极性不高的问题,这既与企业自身因素有关,也与各种制度、环境建设方面的缺失有一定的关联。因此,有必要从政府、非营利组织以及企业三方面构建有效措施,为激励企业捐赠非营利组织行为提供良好的发展机制。
Enterprise donation of non-profit organizations is not only the embodiment of corporate social responsibility,which helps to promote the development of non-profit organizations,but also can improve the competitive advantage of enterprises themselves.Through the investigation of hezhou enterprises donating non-profit organizations on the participation,the field of donation,the ways of donation and the motivation of donation,it is found that enterprises have the problem of low donation amount,single donor object and low donation enthusiasm,which is related to the enterprise’s own factors,and also related to the lack of various systems and environmental construction.Therefore,it is necessary to construct effective measures from the government,non-profit organization and enterprise,and provide a good development mechanism for encouraging enterprises to donate non-profit organizations.
