摘要
随着国际旅游业发展,酒店业对从业人员跨文化交际能力的要求进一步提高。作为主体之一的酒店实习生在跨文化交际时出现不少问题,包括缺乏跨文化交际自信、对异国文化认知程度低、缺乏跨文化知识储备和跨文化技能匮乏。从酒店实习生自身、高校培养以及酒店提供平台等方面提出相关建议,从而提升酒店实习生的跨文化交际意识及能力。
With the development of international tourism,the requirements of the hotel industry for the cross-cultural communication ability of practitioners have been further improved.As one of the main body,hotel interns have many problems in cross-cultural communi-cation,including lack of cross-cultural communication self-confidence,low level of awareness of foreign culture,lack of cross-cultural knowledge reserves and lack of cross-cultural skills.From the hotel interns themselves,university training,as well as the hotel provided platform and other aspects of the relevant suggestions,so as to enhance the hotel interns cross-cultural communication awareness and ability.
