基于“两业融合”视角的高铁新城产业定位研究

Research on industrial orientation of high-speed-rail new town from the perspective of “integration of two industries”

针对目前高铁新城忽视产业支撑而出现的产业空心化问题,从先进制造业和现代服务业深度融合(简称"两业融合")视角来探索高铁新城产业定位。基于影响产业定位的5个高铁经济效应,对于"经济联动区域+制造业集聚区+高铁枢纽"三者合一的高铁新城片区,应该以优先引进培育发达城市生产性服务业为主要策略,以有序引进培育周边腹地先进制造业为辅助策略,共同优化高铁新城产业定位。

This paper studies industrial orientation of high-speed-rail new town from the perspective of integration of advanced manufacturing industry and modern service industry(referred to as“integration of two industries”)to solve the problem of industrial hollowingout.Based on the five economic effects of high-speed rail,we propose that it is proper to introduct and cultivate producer services from developed cities firstly,and advanced manufacturing industry rrom the surrounding hinterland secondly for high-speed-rail new town with“economic linkage area+manufacturing industry cluster area+high-speed rail hub”.
