产业结构升级的就业效应——基于我国地区面板数据的经验分析

The employment effect of industrial structure upgrading--Based on the empirical analysis of China's regional panel data

就业为民生之本,产业结构的转型升级必然引发劳动要素规模与结构在产业间和产业内的再配置。基于2003~2018年我国省级面板数据,采用多种回归模型探究产业结构高级化对就业规模和人力资本质量的影响机制及作用效应,回归结果表明产业结构高级化发展对就业规模存在显著正向影响,同时也有助于提高地区的人力资本质量,提升就业结构,稳健性检验也支持了上述回归结果。

Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure will inevitably lead to the reallocation of labor factor scale and structure between and within industries.Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2003 to 2018,using multiple regression model to explore high-level industrial structure of scale and quality of human capital on employment mechanism and effect,the influence of the regression results show that for the high-grade development of the industrial structure of employment is a significant positive effect,but also helps to improve the quality of regional human capital,improve the employment struc-ture,robustness test also support the regression results.
