旅游扶贫是符合科学发展观的可持续扶贫模式。众多自然与文化遗产地位于较为偏远的贫困地区,开发旅游能促进当地经济发展,并为贫困人口提供多样化的参与渠道。紫鹊界正龙村位于新化县水车镇,是紫鹊界大景区的一部分,以特色梯田与民居而著称。借用旅游地潜力模型分析该村旅游扶贫潜力,提出观光休闲旅游、文化旅游、生态旅游的开发模式,为其发展旅游提供一定的参考作用。

Tourism poverty alleviation is a susatainable poverty mode which conform to scientific development view.Many natural and cultural heritages sites are located in remote and poor areas.Tourism exploitation may promote local economic development,as well as provide various kinds of participation channels for the poor.Located in Shuiche town of Xinhua county,Ziquejie Zhenglong village is a part of Ziquejie scenic spot,where is famous for its unique terrace and dwellings.Analysizes the potential of Zhenglong village by using of the poverty alleviation mode,and then presents the exploite mode of sightseeing tourism,cultural tourism and ecotourism,which provides a reference for local tourism development.
