摘要
近年来,高校招生政策向贫困地区倾斜,高职院校的少数民族贫困学生成为重点受关注的群体。文章从少数民族贫困学生的现状出发,分析高职院校在开展资助育人管理工作时面临的困境,并结合问题分别从贫困学生认定、育人渠道拓宽、资助育人融合、育人体系构建四个层面提出建议,助力高职院校少数民族贫困学生的成长成才。
Recently,poor areas enjoy preferential admissions policy of college,poor minority students in vocational colleges have become more and more important groups.The thesis starts from the current situation of poor minority students,and analysises the difficulies on the management of funding education.Then,making a suggestion on four steps which include poor students identification,broaden education channels,funding education integration and education system construction.Finally,to help poor minority students become talented.
