以对高校贫困生资助概念考察为基础,从高校贫困生评定的全过程——资助对象、评定标准、采用信息、评定过程与跟踪管理等环节深入剖析目前高校贫困生资助所面临的困境,进而提出建立大数据库、划定评定标准、审核评定信息、构建评定环境和处理违规资助等精准资助应对策略。

Based on the investigation of the concept of financial assistance for poor students in universities.Analyzing the difficulties faced by the poor students in universities in the aspects of the object of funding,evaluation criteria,adopted information,evaluation process and tracking management and so on from the whole process of evaluating poor students in universities.And then it puts forward the accurate responses of the financial assistance of establishing a large database,delimiting evaluation criteria,reviewing evaluation information,constructing an evaluation environment and dealing with illegal financial assistance,etc.
