With the development of network information technology and social economy,the public's awareness of democracy is gradually increasing,and the demand for participation in modern public management has become stronger.The number of netizens is currently rising sharply,and the publication of their opinions on the internet by netizens may form a large-scale online public opinion and affect the implementation of public policies.This article analyzes the positive and negative effects of the participation of online public opinion on modern public management,and proposes corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of awareness,prevention,and law.
