摘要
调查研究发现,应用型高校教育质量得到认可,教育环境基本认可,教育公平较为满意。具体表现在学生中心的人才培养得到认可,教师学术素养得到高度认可,学校文化蕴涵正能量,大学管理规则公平较为满意,贫困生资助得到高度认可。高校的应用型办学定位开始确立,学科与应用并重的课程教学体系得到认可,实训基地建设基本认可。然而,学生教育期望较高,总体满意度一般,获得感有待提升。高校的应用性仍不够突显,表现在实践课程满意度相对较低,产教研融合、双师双能型师资建设不够满意。师生交流不足,社团与社会实践、教学条件及后勤服务不够满意。依据调查分析,从建立适当的教育期望、突出应用导向、“产教研用”融合等方面提出提升教育满意度的政策建议。
According to the survey,not only the education environment,but also the education quality and equality of application-oriented universities have gained recognition,which can be proved as follows:the concept of student-centered talent training has been recognized,teachers’professional quality is highly satisfying,school culture contains positive energy,university management rules are fairly satisfactory.poor students’funding is highly recognized.What’s more,the school-running orientation of application-oriented universities has begun to be established,the curriculum teaching system which pays equal attention to disciplines and application has been recognized and the construction of practical training bases has been basically accepted.However,students’education expectations are much higher,their overall satisfaction is just fair,and their senses of gain is to be improved.The inadequate applicability of those universities can be seen through low satisfaction of practical courses and dissatisfaction of both industry-education integration and construction of dual qualified teachers as well as modern educational environments.In addition,the insufficient communication between teachers and students also calls attention.Community and social practices,teaching conditions,and logistics services are not satisfactory.According to the survey and analysis,policy suggestions for improving education satisfaction are put from the aspects of establishing appropriate educational expectations,highlighting application orientation,and integrating industry,education research and application and so on.
