德国高等教育结构的特点及其启示——以巴登符腾堡州为例

On the Characteristics and Enlightenment of German Higher Education Structure with Baden Wutenberg as an Example

德国高等教育结构在布局结构、类型层次结构、学科专业结构与课程教学结构等方面形成自身特色。目前德国高等教育布局合理,层次已经形成,高校间的差距正在逐渐拉大,类型多样;且各高校类型定位,特色鲜明;新旧学位与国家考试制度并存,较为复杂;学校学科专业互补,错位竞争与发展。

This paper analyzes the structure of German higher education from the aspects of structures of types,hierarchy,subjects and specialties and courses teaching.It holds that the hierarchy of German higher education has been formed,the gap between universities is widening gradually,the types are diverse,and each university is content with its own type orientation with distinctive features,and the old and new degrees are hand in hand with the national examination system,which is complex.Disciplines and specialties complement one another in the light of dislocated competition and development.
