摘要
全球合作教育已积近120年之功。加拿大的合作教育起步于1957年滑铁卢大学的创校实践,历经60多年的发展,目前呈现“覆盖面广、部分高校规模庞大,多种管理模式并存,工学交替进行,学生、学校与雇主多方受益”等四大特点。加拿大合作教育的实践探索给我国正在着力探索的省级应用性高等教育体系建设以诸多借鉴与启示:一是积极打造省级区域应用性高等教育体系,提供顶层设计保障;二是进一步加强对合作教育与产学研合作教育的比较研究,提供理念先导保障;三是从单纯的“产学研”合作到“政产学研用金”的纵深推进,提供合作模式保障;四是将单向的高校反哺企业拓展为高校与企业间互相反哺、共育人才,提供“双向反哺”机制保障。
The global cooperative education has been for nearly 120 years.However,the practice of cooperative education in Canada started in University of Waterloo in 1957,which after more than 60 years of development,is currently showing four characteristics as followings:a wide coverage and the large scale of some universities,the coexistence of various management models,alternation of work and study,and benefit for students,colleges as well as employers.The reference and enlightenment of the practice of Canadian cooperative education to the provincial applied higher education system are as followings:firstly,it provides the top-level design guarantee to construct actively provincial applied higher education system;secondly,it provides the concept guarantee to further strengthen a comparative study on the cooperative education and productivity-study-research cooperative education;thirdly,it provides the cooperative mode guarantee to further strengthen the shift from the simple productivity-study-research cooperation to the politics-productivity-study-research-application-capital one;finally,it provides the mechanism guarantee to change the one-way feedback for enterprises by colleges into the mutual feedback between enterprises and colleges.
