摘要
近年来我国新建了大量地下建筑,在南方梅雨季节时,地下厂房普遍存在着潮湿问题。对此,最常见的解决措施为在地下厂房内放置除湿机。本文通过对地下厂房内工业除湿机进行现场实测和数值模拟,对比分析了风速和含湿量这两个不同的因素对于预测和评价除湿机除湿范围的有效性和合理性,接着根据实测结果结合模拟分析,进一步讨论得出了除湿机的控制范围,并提出了“有效除湿面积”这一概念。本研究为地下厂房内合理布置除湿机的数量及位置提供了参考,可保证机械设备、管道及其关联系统安全、可靠地运行。
In recent years,a large number of underground buildings have been newly built in China.During the rainy season in the south,there is a problem of humidity in underground.The most common solution to this is to place a dehumidifier in an underground powerhouse.Through field measurement and numerical simulation of a dehumidifier in an underground powerhouse,this paper compares effectiveness and rationality of two different indicators,wind speed and moisture content,to predict and evaluate the dehumidification range of a dehumidifier.Finally,the two methods of moisture content change rate and fluctuation rate are used,and the concept of“effective dehumidification area”is proposed to predict the dehumidification range.This study provides a reference for the reasonable number and location of dehumidifiers in underground powerhouses,which can ensure the safe and reliable operation of machinery and equipment,pipelines and systems.
