在当今社会教育过程中,初中阶段是学生学习的关键时期,这段时期非常重要,是培养学生兴趣爱好和学习能力的重要阶段。作为一个班集体中的领导者,班主任应熟练掌握学生的学习状况、生活状况甚至还有生理上的情况。班主任同时也是连接学生、学校和家长的重要纽带。学校应寻找新的方法提高学校班主任的专业能力,引进先进的网络教学辅助班主任对学生的教育。本文提出了提高初中班主任专业能力和解决问题能力的策略。

In today's social education process,the junior high school stage is a critical period for students to learn,this period is very important,it is an important stage for cultivating students'hobbies and learning ability.As the leader of a class group,the head teacher should be proficient in the students'learning status,living conditions,and even physiological conditions.The head teacher is also an important link connecting students,schools and parents.Schools should find new ways to improve the professional ability of the school's head teacher,and introduce advanced network teaching to assist the head teacher in the education of students.This article puts forward strategies to improve the professional ability and problem-solving ability of the junior high school class teacher.
