In today's society,the shaping and export of high-quality innovative talents in our country mainly depends on schools.However,with the rapid development of global science and technology,many schools have revealed their shortcomings in education,teaching,and personnel training,and they cannot meet the needs of our country to transform into an innovative country in time.There is a huge gap in my country's high-tech talents,which poses a severe test for schools.How to better promote the comprehensive reform of school education,effectively increase the reserve of high-tech talents,so as to ensure that the country can effectively implement innovative development strategies,improve the national economy,and promote China to become an innovative technological power at an early date,and to become education and teaching under the new situation important issues facing reform.
