摘要
新时代素质教育观要求教师进行合理“放权”,在实际教学中努力做到以学生为中心,打造趣味性和效率性兼具的优秀课堂,促进学生的终身可持续发展。小学语文课堂教学内容庞杂,小学生对古诗、现代文、词语辨析、字音字形、口语交际和写作等多样类型的语文知识的消化理解程度较浅。教师作为小学生学习发展的引导促进者必须设身处地地为学生考虑,关注学生的学习需求和心理状态,教学设计和课堂流程更加贴合小学生的认知发展能力与特点。
The concept of quality education in the new era requires teachers to"delegate power"reasonably,and strive to be student-centered in actual teaching,create excellent classrooms with both fun and efficiency,and promote the life-long sustainable development of students.The classroom teaching content of elementary school Chinese is complex,and the pupils have a relatively low level of digestion and comprehension of various types of Chinese knowledge such as ancient poems,modern prose,word analysis,phonetic characters,oral communication and writing.Teachers,as guides and promoters of pupils’learning development,must put themselves into consideration for students,pay attention to their learning needs and psychological state,and teaching design and classroom processes are more in line with pupils’cognitive development capabilities and characteristics.
