摘要
该研究探索了幼儿师范生教学设计与实施能力训练的课堂教学基本模式,分析了能力训练思路、培养方法;对采用的训练方法和培养策略进行模式化分析;较好地解决了师范生在活动设计与实施中碰到的困惑和问题,拓展了幼师学生幼儿教学活动设计与实施的视角与深度,使我们更深地体会到儿童教育观,增加了训练的趣味性、可操作性,对训练和提高师范生幼儿教学技能和教育素养的养成有显著效果。
The research explored the basic classroom teaching model of teaching design and implementation of ability training for preschool normal students,analyzed the ideas and training methods of ability training;carried out a model analysis of the training methods and training strategies adopted,and solved the problem of normal students’activities.The puzzles and problems encountered in the design and implementation have expanded the perspective and depth of the design and implementation of the children’s teaching activities for kindergarten teachers,so that we have a deeper understanding of the concept of children’s education,which increases the fun and operability of training,It has a significant effect on improving the teaching skills and education quality of normal students and children.
