摘要
在初中班级管理的实施过程中,班主任需要借助"温暖"教育对学生实施日常的管理和引导,并有效带领学生在温暖的班级环境和成长氛围中实现进步和成长。同时,班主任需要通过多元化的温暖教育对学生实施管理,以期帮助学生在温暖的照顾和呵护中实现基础知识的掌握、个人生活能力的提升、班级制度的遵守和健康心理状态的有效建立。
During the implementation of junior high school class management, the class teacher needs to use "warm" education to implement daily management and guidance for students, and effectively lead students to achieve progress and growth in a warm class environment and growth atmosphere. At the same time, the class teacher needs to manage the students through diversified warm education, in order to help the students to realize the basic knowledge in the warm care, the improvement of personal life ability, the observance of the class system and the effective establishment of healthy mental state.
