德育在小学班主任工作中的渗透作用

摘要 德育对于学生形成良好的道德素养和健康心理至关重要。小学阶段正是学生在校接受道德教育的起点,孩子的人生观、价值观还未形成,这个时候加强良好道德教育,对学生之后良好人生观和价值观的形成具有促进作用。本文主要说明了德育的含义以及意义,明确了德育内容以及其在小学教育阶段的重要性,并提出了如何利用班主任的职能优势在小学德育渗透过程中具体开展德育教学。 Moral education is essential for students to form a good moral quality and healthy psychology. Elementary school is the starting point for students to receive moral education in school. Children’s outlook on life and values have not yet been formed. At this time, strengthening good moral education will promote the formation of good outlook on life and values for students. This article mainly explains the meaning and significance of moral education, clarifies the content of moral education and its importance in the primary education stage, and proposes how to use the functional advantages of the head teacher to specifically carry out moral education teaching in the process of infiltration of primary moral education.
