摘要 小学德育的发展应该打破传统教育的束缚,不再用落后的教学模式教学。作为小学班主任,更应该在日常的教育工作中不断优化教学内容,更新管理方法,从学生的年龄特征和具体的情况进行教学,从而使学生的身心健康有效发展。幸福教育理念的提出,则进一步展示了小学德育的重要性和必要性。 The development of primary school moral education should break the shackles of traditional education and no longer use backward teaching methods. As a teacher in charge of a primary school, he should continuously optimize teaching content, update management methods, and teach from the age characteristics and specific conditions of students, so that the physical and mental health of students can be effectively developed. The concept of happiness education has further demonstrated the importance and necessity of moral education in primary schools.
